The Extremely Rad Chicks (aka the ERCs) Team was first formed around 1996, with a bunch of high school students.  While the team has evolved through the years, many of us have stayed together for the last 16 years!  While the average age of our team is just over 29, we have over 55 years combined Ski to Seas between us, which is pretty remarkable considering that 3 of our teammates have done the race for 3 years or less!  If you include Junior Ski to Sea, we have nearly 75 years of Ski to Sea tradition between us!  What's even more exciting, is that we have more kids under the age of 5 between us, than we do team members!  We won the 2010 Women's Rec Division, took 3rd place in women's rec in 2011, and are exciting to compete with so many teams again this year!
