To get exact finish times, add the above elapsed times to the 8:00 start time for the race. No division changes will be allowed after application is processed. Note: Each team may enter only one division on application.
Early bird deadline is May 1, at 5:00 pm. After this time a late fee will be applied to the entry fee. The final deadline is Friday, May 7th at 5:00 pm. There is a limit of 500 teams; applications turned in after the 500 team limit has been reached will be put on a waiting list in the order in which they are received and team captains will be notified if any space becomes available. Persons under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their online or paper entry form. No entry form will be processed unless it is completely filled out.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given unless there is a waiting list of teams over the 500 level that want to race. If a team is found from the Ski to Sea Waiting List that wants to take your place, then a refund will be given minus a $50 service fee.
WAITING LIST: The only way a team gets placed on the Waiting List is if: 500 teams have already paid their team registration fees AND your team also pays the registration fee. Teams are moved off the Waiting List in the order that they have paid their team registration fees. Simply "registering" your team while not paying your team registration fee does not get it on the Waiting List. Any team on the Waiting List that does not get into the race will be given a refund, minus a 50 service fee.
