HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR RACERS HAVE COMPLETED THE HOLD HARMLESS FORM:
Team Captains can check to see if all of their racers have submitted their Hold Harmless form by logging onto the Team Application and looking at the status of the 8 racers on the upper right side of the Team page, or go to each Racer's Tab to verify.
If you see this image on the Racer's Tab, they are OK.
If you see this image on the Racer's Tab, simply click on SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL to allow the racer to click on the link in the email they receive to verify their Hold Harmless Agreement.
Use the paper form ONLY if the email verification does not work.
Paper Hold Harmless forms can be found on the REGISTRATION page.
