1. Completely fill out the registration form below. This means you must have all your racers' names, addresses, and parent's emails. 
2. MAKE SURE YOU FILL THIS FORM OUT ON A COMPUTER CONNECTED TO A LOCAL PRINTER, as the registration form will print when you click on the SUBMIT button below.  Take the printed registration form and have all your racers' parents sign in the Hold Harmless area and return it to the Chamber along with payment. (submit one check for $72. Individual checks for $12 each are not accepted.) 
   
   IMPORTANT --- Your Team is NOT guaranteed until:
   -Payment is received
   -Hold harmless agreement is signed by each parent and is turned in to the Chamber
   
   Confirmation Letters: Confirmation of your team's spot (Division and time) will be emailed this year once Steps 1 and 2 have been completed.  Hard copies will not be sent in the mail.

 Fees: $72 per team.  A racer can only be on one team and only particpate in one division.


When this form in submitted a copy of the form will automatically be sent to your designated printer. Have all your racer's parents sign this form in the Hold Harmless area and turn it into the Bellingham Chamber.

All Team names must be in good taste and appropriate to the standards of the broadcasting community. Team names are limited to 25 characters (including spaces).

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PARTICIPANT WITH HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The signed participant(s) understands that the Ski to Sea Jr. Race presents a significant challenge in the form of grueling physical activity over rugged natural terrain. My signature on this application constitutes acknowledgment that I accept responsibility for any injury I may receive on the course during my participation in the race. I agree that I will hold harmless the sponsoring organization, its directors, officers, employees or any other person connected with the sponsoring organization from any claim arising from any injury I may suffer in the course of the race. I recognize that my participation in the race is allowed in consideration of my payment of the entry fee and execution of this hold harmless agreement. I feel that allowing my participation is adequate consideration for the rights I am giving up. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, records, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose and I understand that my name will be listed in the results posted in media publications including but not limited to online and newspapers. If participant is under 18 years of age, the parents signature on this entry form is acknowledgement by the parent as guardian of the child that allowing the child’s participation in the race is adequate consideration for the right given up for the parent and on behalf of his/her child.
