Bellingham Sister Cities Association and the Ski to Sea

The Bellingham Sister City Association, a Citizens Advisory Board to the Mayor of the City of Bellingham, in tamdem with the Sea to Ski Race, will be inviting our Six Sister Cities from around the Pacific Rim to put together whole or partial teams to participate in the Annual Sea-to Ski Race here in Whatcom County.
